  1. I have a lot of friends who live in them, mostly I think it’s a great idea, a lot of active people, it’s a great place to be able to stay active, although if you like swimming you might consider a bit more south.

  2. To hot, to flat, to many people from NYC. NYC makes people mean and when they get old and mean, they move to Florida.
