If I bυу thе house directly frοm thе bank, wіƖƖ I save οn commissions bесаυѕе Im dealing directly wіth thе bank οr thеrе іѕ nοt such a thing?

  1. You only actually need an agent to sell, not to buy. But the paperwork will be a lot esier with an agent.
    Call the bank advertising the house you want and ask them.

  2. If the bank hasn’t listed the house for sale, you may save part of the commission. You will need a good real estate attorney from the outset. This need not be expensive and will save you from making mistakes.

  3. A real estate agent’s commission gets paid by the seller.
    Why deal with all the paper work yourself when you can have a realtor help you get it done professionally for free?
