    At my mom and dad’s place (55+ community) they can have anyone living there who is 18+ as long as there is someone who is 55 an older.
    Every community may be different however, and you should check the rules there.

  3. Most (not all) communities require that one resident qualifies. I think that there is a limit on how many under age persons can live there. A building where my grandmother lived it could only be one under age person.
