You can do this, but without a job you might have trouble getting the park to rent the space to you. You might have to move the MH because you will not qualify to rent the space it is presently sitting on.
Sure, you can do that. You can even make the sale of the condo contingent on you finding a suitable replacement property (mobile home).
Your profit/equity should be tax free if you have lived there at least 2 years.
