  1. Home ownership will not effect anything. It will not even entitle you to a visa to inspect the property.
You need to immigrate by the rules everyone else follows, buying a home will not have any effect on a green card or visa.

  2. You do not have to be a U.S. citizen to own property in the U.S.A. (you just need money) and owning U.S. property does not give you any rights to citizenship. So property ownership and citizenship are totally unrelated. I heard that the British are buying up cheap homes near Detroit.

  3. allowance of entry and no overstaying your allowance term eg. visa stay period.
For example canadians can stay up to 6 months a year in the US.
    WIthout a special visa.

  4. I’m not for sure, but I live in an area with lots of vacation homes owned primarily by the British and they are not citizens of the US. I think if you have the money, you can do it. Sorry that’s all I know!
