  1. If your serious I think that a live class is better. It gives you the opportunity to get out and meet other people that work or sill be working in the industry. I would suggest taking a class through the Florida association of realtors. You can find the closest office by going to http://www.realtor.org There are many places where you can take a class but these people know what you need to know and will focus on that material.     I would go to class I teach real estate courses and there is nothing better than a personal disagreement in class to really learn something.
    I use to be on the board of directors of this organization they might be able to give you some guidance:

  3. I would strongly suggest you go to class. That way you can share with other folks what is being taught. For continuing education, I would take it on line.

  4. go to rea estate school… which is not to hard to pass but then passing the state exam is a different story it took me 3 tries to pass it. but seriously right now the market SUCKS!!! not a very good time to get in cause u wont have a sale for a month so unless u have money or a job ur planning on keeping i dont recommend u get in if excpect to start making lots of money
