If it is residing in a mobilehome/trailer park, definitely. I paid for my mobilehome in cash that resides in a park owned by an individual and have a monthly space rent that I am obliged to pay with a rental agreement. Even though I am the owner of the mobilehome, I do not own the real estate upon which it sits and pay for using it.
