Wе live ina two bedroom mobile rіɡht now, wіth 2 adults аnԁ 2 children. Wе hаνе already found one wе need, bυt nobody іѕ willing tο give υѕ thе loan, due tο nο credit, even wіth a cosigner. I аm clueless οn whаt еƖѕе tο ԁο. Thank уου іn advance fοr аƖƖ уου саn ԁο.

  3. I am a mortgage specialist of many years. I hate to tell you this, but almost all banks have stepped away from financing mobile homes. There are several reasons given. The first is that many, many people who have mortgaged them are not able to afford the mortgage, therefore, the foreclosure rates are very high. The 2nd is that these are not very stable properties, and many of them are prone to being destroyed by storms and hurricanes. And contrary to comments from some of my earlier customers, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A “HURRICANE PROOF” MOBILE HOME. It’s amazing
    that people don’t know that.

  4. I was just going to say that there are programs out there that are suppose to help. Hey! I am just off the street and that was court ordered — I was ticketed for living in my car after being evicted from my apartment of 20 years. Hang in there.
