I live in my moms house and she has a lot of land, so I was woundering where I could buy a small moblie home for just my stuff and when I want to be alone.

This is private owned property, seven lakes on about 80 acres, an old spring-fed quarry.
Real estate agents have not been much help.
I also had a website up that was at the top of the popular search engines.
How do I get the word out about this land for sale?

It depends where the mobile home park is. For example, foreigners can’t own property in Idaho so likely not a business either. Other states, no problem. Call a real estate lawyer in the area you want to buy in. It is possible to buy a business anywhere using a proxy but you need legal help to do it.

The $6500 (maximum) tax credit is for current home buyers. You must have owned and lived in your current home for 5 of the last 8 years.
There is an $8000 (maximum) tax credit for first time home buyers who haven’t owned a home in the last 3 years.
Either way, if you qualify under all the other guidelines, a mobile home qualifies.
