I am in the process of buying a house but the home inspector found some mud tubes. The sellers are willing to have the termites and carpenter ants treated. Can the termites come back? what should I do walk away from this deal?

I really don’t think there are any 55+ communities in New York. As I drive around Florida, I see at least a million cars with bumper stickers proclaiming “I Love NY”. Unfortunatly they can but there has to be a vote with all property owners and the majority has to agree to the changes. If you go to this meeting, make sure you make your point in telling them as more restrictons are in this community as harder it is to resell the properties.The 55 and [...]

I am looking into changing careers and do have an interest in real estate. Does anyone do this for a living or know if real estate agents get paid a salary at all or if everything is solely based on commissions from selling a house.

I live in wisconsin and i rent an apartment. I found a house i want to buy but i have my lease until july. Is there any type of addendum or clause that lets you break your lease early just strictly when buying a house?
